Cancellation Policy

Applicable to India | As per Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020)

This Cancellation Policy governs the terms and conditions for cancellation of orders placed on the InstaBucket platform. By placing an order, customers and sellers agree to abide by this policy.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

1. Customers may cancel an order before the product is shipped or dispatched.
2. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be accepted. In such cases, customers may refer to the Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.
3. Cancellation requests must be initiated through the InstaBucket mobile application, website, or authorized customer support channels only.

2. Seller-Initiated Cancellation

1. Sellers may cancel an order only under legitimate circumstances, including but not limited to:
2. Non-availability of the product
3. Incorrect pricing or product information
4. Unforeseen operational or logistical constraints
5. Arbitrary or repeated seller-initiated cancellations after order confirmation are prohibited.
6. In the event of seller-initiated cancellation, the customer shall be informed promptly and a full refund shall be initiated.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

1. Approved cancellations shall be eligible for a refund to the original mode of payment.
2. Refunds shall be initiated within 5–7 business days, subject to bank or payment gateway processing timelines.
3. InstaBucket shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

1. Certain products may be classified as non-cancellable, including:
2. Customized or personalized items
3. Made-to-order products
4. Products clearly marked as “Non-Cancellable” on the product detail page
5. Such classification shall be clearly disclosed to customers prior to order placement.

5. Policy Misuse

1. Repeated, excessive, or fraudulent cancellations by customers or sellers may result in:
2. Account warnings
3. Temporary suspension
4. Permanent termination, as deemed appropriate
5. InstaBucket reserves the right to take corrective action to protect platform integrity.

6. Policy Amendments

InstaBucket reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation Policy at any time in compliance with applicable laws and business requirements. Changes shall be effective upon publication on the platform.
